Since 2013 we have been hosting a one day program, Wellness in the Wilderness, which allows people to reconnect to their pure energy at their core. By relaxing with us at our mountain retreat and spending a day working on yourself, a shift can occur that positively transforms your life. Many clients who have participated in these days, value the peace of mind and clarity of intention for their ongoing daily lives that comes from investing in their own mental well-being.
The types and quality of foods we eat, directly influences the neurochemical and emotional aspects of our psychological state. We will learn about and experience some important nutritional breakthroughs with the delicious natural foods, prepared with love by our degree qualified nutritionist, that we serve in-house at Wellness in the Wilderness.
Day to day the types of thoughts and environmental surroundings we typically focus upon also impacts the quality of our working life and relationships in all aspects of our world. On the day we will coach you to embody expanded motivational and goal setting capabilities underpinned by our 23 year established reputation as a leading Psychology firm in our region.
