Marco Korn is a highly regarded senior practitioner with 30 years of experience, and now consults to organisations and businesses on leadership, workplace culture, people and performance needs, in the private and public sectors.

Marco combines his specialist knowledge in Clinical and Organisational Psychology to empower business leaders to develop strong people management skills: engaging and motivating staff, building high performance teams, dealing with change and conflict, managing performance. He also specializes in developing effective and cohesive leadership teams. 

Marco's professional interest areas also include ethics in leadership, profit with purpose, and how the wisdom of western and eastern spiritual traditions carry practical and profound implications for leadership practice in our current times.
 
Recognised as a specialist in “organisational human factors”, Marco and has presented on this important area at national and state professional forums.

Peter Doyle - Psychologist, B Psych (Hons), MAPS, MCCOUNP, MCOP
Gold Coast Psychologist Peter Doyle has provided expert comment and guidance to individuals and workplaces, the media (News.com.au, Brisbane Times, Daily Mail, Gold Coast Bulletin) and giants in the corporate and government sectors.

As a business owner and with over 25 years' experience in workplace and counselling settings, Peter is passionate about coaching others through challenges such as change management, organisational transformation and learning cultures, business growth from concept to successful enterprise, advanced personal mastery skills, emotional intelligence, professional debrief and improved self management of performance goals.

An accomplished presenter and group facilitator, Peter has delivered workshops and seminars on topics ranging from conflict resolution to advanced personal assertiveness, and has provided educational and research services for UQ, Griffith, and Monash University.
