Through her consultations with individuals and small group coaching sessions groups, Rebecca has gained an outstanding range of effective intervention approaches.

She is an expert in tools, strategies and techniques that help people resolve past emotional concerns and goal setting difficulties.

Her psychological expertise is complemented by a solid understanding of business practices and appreciation of various workplace demands, structures and expectations.

Rebecca is outstanding in addressing difficulties faced by people in everyday life, (whether personal or work related) and removing often unseen roadblocks to increase business and personal effectiveness.
