Guidelight People Performance Solutions Pty. Ltd. is a Gold Coast based firm established in 1994. While our head office remains in our region, we have established a network of business operations throughout Queensland and Northern NSW . Our success has been based on our long term emphasis on maintaining a professional commitment to our clients and building relationships based on balance and integrity, that respect the confidentiality and well-being of our clients.
The majority of our team are registered Psychologists who are specialists in the human aspects of work and organisational life. We provide appropriate and effective solutions for our clients to meet their specific needs. At all levels we strive to deliver a high quality level of service that helps to build a healthier workplace.
Because of the outstanding quality of our work in the area of Employee Effectiveness Programs, Guidelight People Performance Solutions Pty. Ltd was approached in 1996 to link with a National network, to provide debrief and counselling services to employees involved in high risk workplace incidents, such as armed robbery. Subsequently we were selected as the Queensland and NSW premium providers.
In 2002 we partnered with Griffith University to create and host the inaugural Inspiring Business Leadership Forum. This synergy continues to expand upon our capacity to continually champion leading edge performance issues with our clients.
